Crafty Raven Massage Services
Swedish/ Relaxation
A massage using long strokes and focused on relieving stress and improving circulation. This standard of the massage industry has many physical and mental benefits and just plain feels great.

Therapeutic
This massage focuses on a specific issue or issues and is tailored to meet the needs of the client. Typical issues include: Carpal Tunnel, Sciatic Pain, Stiff Neck, Lower Back Pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Tennis/ Golfer's Elbow, Frozen Joint, TMJ Dysfunction, and Post-Physical Therapy Massage.

Deep Tissue
This massage is focused on the muscles and fascia located deeper than the easily accessible surface tissues. Through proper warming of the surface tissues and working down into progressively deeper layers, the source of the problem can be addressed directly using far less discomfort than many experienced in days gone by.

Sports Massage
Whether before an event or as a cool-down, this massage will help keep you in better condition. Active Isolated Stretching is used prominently before an event with Static Stretching used after the event to give your body what it needs when it needs it.

Lymphatic Massage
This massage is slow and very light. It promotes the movement of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system which can help remove excess metabolic waste and improve the functioning of the immune system. It is also incredibly valuable before and after surgery to help improve the outcome of the procedure.

Comfort Touch
For those that aren't good candidates for relaxation/swedish massage due to illness or ongoing medical condition. This massage focuses on the healing effects of a caring touch delivered in a way that doesn't overly tax the body.

Interactive Fascial Therapy/ Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation
This massage style focuses on using the fascia (connective tissues) of the body to accomplish relief and relaxation. Positional releases and alternating stretching and contracting techniques add to the mix to create a truly amazing method of working on the body.
